Disconnecting me from Xbox Live when trying to play backwards compatible games.

Let me understand you are trying to play Borderlands 2 (a backwards compatible game) on the xbox one and are trying to make sure your game progress is being saved to the cloud?

Is this correct?

You say this is happening with other games too are these games also backwards compatible games?

When you load these games does it give you a message that you are disconnected from xbox live?

I would also like to mention that I have Spectrum wifi. Sometimes it will let me play a backwards compatible game for 5 minutes before it disconnects me from xbox live once again.

Can you post the specific error code and error message you receive when this occurs? In the meantime, let's try these steps out:

• Press and hold the power button your Xbox One until the console fully powers down.
• While your Xbox One is powered down, head over to your networking equipment and remove the power from both your router and modem and let it sit for 3 minutes.
• After the time passes, plug your network equipment back in and give it a few seconds before powering on your Xbox One console to give it anothershot.
