Discus and support Disconnecting Live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hi, my live account is frecuently dissconnecting. I have cable connected and fiber som there should be no reason to.     Disconnecting Live


    hi, my live account is frecuently dissconnecting. I have cable connected and fiber som there should be no reason to. All i have to do to connect again is press the X-middle button and "connect to live" then it logs right back on.No internet problems on other
    devices. Ethernet or internet. Please help

    X1 Desperate Help !!

    I'll start up a game and in about 5 minutes or so my controller disconnects. I've figured out that every time I see my controller disconnect, that live actually disconnects as well. Does anyone know how the controller and live are related? I need a fix desperately!! I never had the problem before only started about a month ago. Don't know why I'm getting disconnected from live

    I've tried hard resetting and updating and the controller is charged. I don't understand why that every time my Xbox disconnects from live that my controller disconnects as well. For starters I don't even know why my live is disconnecting...

    Hey there MartinStadheim.

    So that we can best help out, can you run an Xbox Live connection test and share any errors that may appear? Also, are you connected directly to your modem or do you have a router?

    Opinions on an aggravating connection issue

    I get disconnected while playing games about 75% of the time. I'm constantly getting disconnected and reconnected to Xbox live parties. I usually stay connected to Xbox live just disconnected to the games.

    If I'm at the dashboard I will still be disconnected to my Xbox live party but usually it automatically connects back.

    these forums tell you how to connect to xbox live, but I can connect to xbox live, but it just keeps disconnecting. Some times it will disconnect every 10 min and sometimes it will stay connected for 30 min. If I am playing reach online it will disconnect
    and it will disconnect when im not playing games.

    Did you disconnect from xbox live? Even though Live was down you were still trying to connect. Next time disconnect and then play game.
