Disconnecting Limited Edition White Xbox One Controller

I've been using a white Xbox One ever since its initial release in October and whilst playing games, a notification came up saying the battery power was low. So, I took out my rechargeable batteries, placed them on a charger, and swapped them for ones already
fully charged into the controller and continued playing. 5 minutes later, battery power is low.

So I assumed the batteries were faulty, but didn't throw them out yet. Instead I tried using fresh, brand new Duracells. Guess what; same thing happened. Tried fresh Energizers; same thing again. It's also worth noting as well I've followed everything in
the support section. Controller updates, hard reset, sync, cables, you name it and I've done it and it's not fixed anything. It's also worth noting that I'm also in the Preview Program and have reported this as an error, but whether that's the case or not
remains yet to be seen.

Have you had similar problems? I'd like to know if you have, and if there's any fixes, it would be gladly appreciated.

I've also plugger in my stereo headset adapter, updated it, updated the controller, and also checked if the bundled headset was detected which it is. When I turn the controller on, it says the batteries are full. 5 minutes of play, the vibration stops working,
and the low battery indicator comes up, and then disconnects. Is my controller broken and irreplaceable? I'm very tech savvy and know how these things work inside and out, and upon checking the innards, everything is where it should be and is there.

The controller has never been dropped, hit, or thrown or abused in any way. Heck, it could be my console for all I know

Any information regarding this situation wouod be nice. Cheers

Will I get them back????

Hello.

I am needing to send in my Gears of War 3 limited edition console for repair. It starts up and just stays on the xbox logo screen. it never takes me to the dashboard. Any ideas?

I am also needing to send in my Halo 4 limited edition controller.

NOW my question is this; Will I get my GOW xbox back? Will I get back my Halo 4 controller back?

I do not want a white or black xbox. and i do not want a black or white controller. I paid good money for these limited editions. ? thx.

I stopped using batteries after a week, not as bad as yourself. I was getting about an hour from new batteries, Xbox support don't recommend using batteries, especially rechargeable ones. saying they don't charge when in controller, bit obvious really, I've
had no problems since buying the charge an play battery, worth spending the few quid on.
