    Disconnecting from Xbox love continuously


    Just wanted to say I'm fed up with xbox live, microsoft products in general including the Surface. Just ended my account with Xbox Live and bought a PS4 instead. Feel like I've been sold a bunch of rubbish that isn't even compatible with it's own software
    (ref: Surface) Xbox live keeps disconnecting itself in the middle of playing games and their help team wasn't able to help. Byebye Microsoft

    Controller disconnecting continuously

    Hello, My 3 controllers keep disconnecting continuously from my xbox elite. It is not interference as i have triple checked this. I have tried to contact the support but it keeps disconnecting me from the chat, other people seem too be having the same
    issue. I hope microsoft is not avoiding the subject. Anybody please help me, thank you in advance.

    XBOX Live continuously disconnecting

    I hope you can help, I recently purchased the limited edition Star Wars Xbox360 (after my original XBOX360 Elite finally Red Ringed on me) . Ever since I have done so my XBOX Live account keeps disconnecting, its quite random in the length of time I stay
    connected, but it seems to average out at about every 10 minutes or so. This happens whether I am playing a game or whether I am on the dashboard. I am able to connect straight back in again, however after about 5 - 10 minutes it disconnects again. Quite frustrating.

    It was also happening whilst I was trying to download Trails Evolution, it would download for 10-20 minutes and then disconnect, I'd then have to reconnect to continue the download.

    I am connected via an Ethernet cable into a NETGEAR DGN2000 router (I haven't connected wirelessly as I figured wired speeds would be better).

    These disconnections have only started happening since I upgraded to the new XBOX360, I never had any disconnection issues on my old XBOX360 Elite.

    the info requested from our
    START HERE! thread    , including your network hardware info? Please answer these questions too:

    1. Are there multiple consoles on the same network? If so, do they both/all experience the same thing at the same time? Does one disconnect when another connects?
    2. What error or notification pops up when you're disconnected?
    3. What happens when you try to reconnect? If you get an error message, what's the exact message?
    4. Do you have any other profiles you can try signing into? Are they affected in the same way with disconnections?

    Let us know! We'll track down the issue that's disconnecting you and get you on a stable connection.

    Ive tried evey possible combination of assuring a strong connection. Ive done every reset possible, The xbox simply does not want to stay connected. Movies and TV shows are being disconnected every 30-45 seconds for the duration of the film or show. I
    being kicked off my games because my profile doesnt stay logged in. I take very good care of my xbox and everything connected to it, its simply become a nuisance to enjoy anything.
