    Disconnecting from xbox live


    I keep disconnecting from xbox live which while in the middle of a FIFA Ultimate team seasons match can be rather fustrating. Its not my internet connection cos i check that straight after and its always fine. Any advice?

    X1 Desperate Help !!

    I've tried hard resetting and updating and the controller is charged. I don't understand why that every time my Xbox disconnects from live that my controller disconnects as well. For starters I don't even know why my live is disconnecting...

    Hey there itsOnlyMarc!

    Sorry to hear about the disconnect issue! Just so we start at the same page, I recommend visiting our
    Xbox One multiplayer solution page to follow the steps there. That will verify it's not a connection issue. If you are currently using a wireless connection, I would also recommend
    trying a wired connection and see if you continue to disconnect from Xbox Live while wired in!

    Post back and let us know how that goes so we can help you get this issue sorted!

    I disconnect from Xbox live when inactive, i.e if i'm not playing a online game or not in a party with others and when i'm in a party i randomly disconnect and reconnect ALOT.

    i tried it but i am still disconnecting from Xbox live but i haven't tried to see weather or not i disconnect and reconnect from Xbox live party's yet...
