    Disconnecting from xbox live when playing 360 games on Xbox one


    When I load up 360 games on my Xbox one it gives me a notification that I'm disconnected from xbox live but I open up the menu and everything is fine, I'm still connected but I can't use the network features like multilayer. Can I not play multilayer on
    backwards compatible games on Xbox one or does it have to with the fact I changed my gamer tag on Xbox one but on 360 it still has the old one?

    so I've had the original xbox one the very first one that came out and have had no problems at all when I'm playing. So then I go out and buy the xbox one S and I've been having problems with disconnecting from xbox live while playing games. So after I got
    tired of it and switched back to my original xbox and I was thinking maybe it was just the xbox one S that disconnects me from xbox live. So like 2 months later i go out and purchase a brand new xbox one X, the newest system out. And after just one day I've
    been having problems with disconnecting from xbox live. So can someone help? Why does the very first original xbox not have a problem with disconnecting from xbox live?

    Let's have you try re-downloading your Gamertag on the Xbox 360 side of things. While in the Backward Compatible game, press the menu and select button simultaneously to bring up the Xbox 360 guide. While in the guide, scroll down and 'Download Profile' to

    When you say you redownloaded your profile do you mean on the One itself or in the 360 emulator?

    When you load up the 360 game does it almost immediately say disconnected from xbox live?

    Does it allow you to play the games in campaign mode?
