Disconnecting from Xbox Live on Xbox One

Hi,

At random moments I disconnect from Xbox Live then immediately reconnect. This kicks me out of parties and when I reconnect I can no longer hear anyone else in the party unless I restart my Xbox.

When I test Network Connection I get the message "Everything is good. Your Console is connected to the internet"

When I test multiplayer Connection I get the message "Everything is good. There are no problems with your connection for multiplayer"

NAT Type: Open

ISP - Virgin

UPnP - Enabled

I have set up a static IP and Port forwarding for 88 UDP, 3074 TCP and UDP, 53 TCP and UDP and 80 TCP. This was required in order to open my NAT.

I also have no problems with any other devices on the network.

My xbox is connected wireless to the 5g band from the router. But the same problem occurs with the 2g band.

I live in North East England if that is needed.

My router is the Super Hub 2 from Virgin Media - Software Version - "V1.01.29" Hardware Version - 3.11.

No error codes. I am usually not aware that I have disconnected unless I am in the middle of a game. Everyone in the party just goes quiet I get no notifications.

Keep disconnecting from xbox live!

I keep on disconnecting from a multiplayer game half way through even though my xbox live and internet is good

Halo 5 installation stopped 3% physical copy

You don't have to disconnect from Xbox Live. Just decline the patch when it presents you with one and it will just install off the disc first.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

 

I have this exact same issue, been occuring for around 4 months. makes xbox unplayable as it happens in single player too and majority of games require singleplayer connection

 

Aside from networking being an issue, the problem can also be your profile if anything.

To be on the safe side you can try deleting your profile, clearing the system cache (holding down the power button for 10 Seconds) and red own loading your profile, also make sure that your security information on your account is set up properly, the account
requires 2 security proofs minimum to be on the account (usually one alternate email, and one alternate phone will do)

Deleting your profile will not cause any issues or make you lose any saved status, you should also call in to support if you want them to go through any of the steps with you
