disconnecting from xbox live on 360..xbox one ok

Have both xbox 360 and xbox one. Have been playing on both fine. Starting within the past couple of days getting frequent disconnects from xbox live.

"Your console can't connect to xbox live. Do you want to exit this session and test your network connection"...... Only happening when on the xbox 360. Never on xbox one.

Any ideas?

My Xbox One Controller

Ok so my xbox one controller keeps disconnecting me from Xbox live and blinks for about 3 more seconds and I've looked every where on the internet but I can't find any fixes please help me.

i keep disconnecting from xbox live on my 360, yet after it disconnects i can reconnect straight away. My phone stays connected to the internet and when im on my xbox one i never disconnect? very confused

Since you connect multiple consoles to the same router Internet connection, I would recommend that (if you haven't already) switch from Instant-On Power mode, to Energy-saving Power mode.

was great all day today and then all of a sudden the disconnects started (again only when on 360). Power mode on xbox one was on instant-on mode. Just switched to energy saving mode. Will get the full details of system soon (when I can find it all)...
