Disconnecting From Xbox Live Often

Hi all, I didn't have this problem until about mid December, and now it's been a month and is extremely frustrating for me.

I will give a step by step guide as to what I do, and what happens, so you can hopefully gain a better understanding of my situation/problem.

1. I turn on my xbox and sign in with no problems.
2. I load up my game (Call of Duty Ghosts - with no problems)
3. I go to the game mode I want (Extinction) and click "Xbox Live". It will say "Connecting to Live for a few minutes, but will eventually connect.
   
4. I try find a game, but instead of it saying "0 out of 20 games found" it just freezes on "finding best experience". Some times it will then let me back out, and select a playlist again, but will then freeze, and be like it for several minutes, and will
   then eventually disconnect me from Xbox Live.
5. I sign back in to Live, and then I can usually find matches and play perfectly fine.
   

Lately though, It's after every match that I get disconnected. If my game does not do the above and disconnect before finding a match, then it will keep disconnecting me throughout the day.

Hey there folks! Let's try redownloading your profiles:

-Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items; here's a guide:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete).

-Clear your system cache 3 times in a row (really, 3 times; use this guide:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache).

-Restart your console.

-Download your profile (use the first guide again).

Sometimes, after renewing an Xbox live subscription, you end up needing to redownload your profile so that everything is read properly.

This happening to a lot of people on the xbox One and the xbox 360. And they do try as hard as they can to try and fix these issues. But sometimes they take longer then they think lol.

 

I'm glad I am not the only one, though it is extremely frustrating.

I guess it's something I have no control over so will have to put up with it.
