Disconnecting from xbox live every 10 minutes

Is the modem or router near metal? If it is try moving it away from any sort of metal. Wireless tends to disconnect randomly so i would stick with wired. If you connected to a router, connect it directly to the modem.

Hey Tara, so your house is wired for network connectivity. All of the wall plates route back to a patch panel and then to a router. Would you please be able to provide the make and model number of the router?

Hey IM BRON TF! Are you getting an error message or code when the console disconnects? Check out the steps

here and see if they help resolve the disconnects at all. Post back and let me know how it goes!
