disconnecting from xbox live constantly and other problems

Right the xbox one is an amazing console however it is like a bloody beta of a console every time we get on a bloody game everyone of my friends disconnects its not only me many people have had this annoying problem in november at least that is what i have
heard. It is annoying we have been disconnected from xbox live at least 20 times a day last week alone I'm not the only one who loses there connection suddenly only to find out when going on network that everything is fine. xbox need to sort this issue out
as it is awful the xbox should of been kept like the 360 only to improve the graphics the layout of the new dashboard is awful the snap thing is annoying as and kinect should be thrown into the trash as it is pointless i hardly use it . i don't get why Microsoft
are just sitting on there fat *** all day when they should fix these annoying problems also the games with gold games are awful and now it won't even let me post this message.

Xbox one problems

Good night, I have some problems in my xbox one, of which:

1-The controller disconnects constantly, I've already changed it and it continues to do the same;

2- Its constantly disconnecting from xbox live, I can not play online at all, it is always going down

 

using same ethernet cable with two different xboxes (at different times) one stays connected the other constantly disconnects from xbox live

There is no ip conflict. Only one xbox is connected at a time. Due to restrictions of the router, only one host can be port forwarded for xbox Live. Therefore, to have Open NAT with both, the one has to be configured to be identified as the other for
port forwarding to work. It doesn't make any sence why one has no connection problems but the other constantly is disconnecting from xbox LIVE while playing Halo Reach.
