    Hi

    Is anyone else having disconnection problems whilst playing xbox live fifa 19 on xbox one. Keeps disconnecting from everything anytime whilst playing and says youhave lost connection. Checked router and seems fine . Xbox is hard wired to router

    Fifa 19 Wont Start Xbox One

    Hello, My Fifa 19 crashes to my xbox dashboard about 10 seconds after launching. It shows the Fifa 19 Welcome screen then does back to desktop. I have tried restarting the console, unplugging the power cable, disconnecting from the internet and nothing works.

    I Have heard people saying it has to be reinstalled, but I live in a country with terrible internet and it took me nearly two weeks to download and update the game. There has to be another way which does not require me to wait another 2 weeks to re download
    the game?

    Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console to see if that helps. You can power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down.

    If that doesn't work you may need to try a factory reset. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.

    Minha internet é de 15Mb e nunca deu problema em nenhum jogo, só no fifa 19 e jogando offline, então mesmo com o console desconectado da xbox live, fica dando problema.

    (OBS: Todos os meus jogos funcionam normal só acontece com o fifa 19)

    [Edit - Translation] - My internet is 15Mb and it never gave problem in any game, only in fifa 19 and playing offline, so even with the console disconnected from xbox live, it is giving problem.

    (NOTE: All my games work normal only happens with fifa 19)
