Disconnecting from XBL when signing in on Xbox 360

Hello, I recently tried to sign into my account on Xbox 360 (I have had no problems before this but now I am... I have been getting disconnected from XBL (Xbox Live) when signing into my account with the correct login info, I have no clue why this happens. I checked my connection to the XBL servers and it's fine I checked the XBL status page and it's fine.

If anyone could help me that would be great

Hope you are doing well.

I recently received an update from the Internal Support Team, who said that powering off and on the console, or power cycling/restarting the console, should resolve the issue for Error Code 80151103.

In any event, if you make a change to your Microsoft account (for example, enabling two-step verification or updating payment options), you'll need to reset your subscription's recurring billing. Should you have a different error code, you may also see this thread and check for the advice from RainingRoses.

An update directly from MS Support:

They've taken down all ways to get into live on the 360 to diagnose why people can't connect (they don't know why yet) and are still intending on getting live servers back to full functionality for the 360.

Apparently, there was another issue regarding this last month that was temporarily fixed but is proving to cause issues again.

I tried signing in following my methods on a secondary 360, to which it failed as you were saying.

I genuinely think the best thing to do at this point is just to call MS support by going to this link: Contact us | Xbox Support, then try to chat online to the bot, type real person, and then arrange for a call back in an effort to escalate the case for the issues going on.

What's worse is Xbox 360. When there's an update on 360, your console abruptly disconnects you from XBL, abruptly disconnects you from your XBL Party with your friends, then takes 10 hours to complete, lol just kidding. Like Internet Expert said, Xbox 1
has instant on, where your console does updates automatically in the background.
