Disconnecting from wifi and profile

So I bought the Xbox one s about at the beginning of the pandemic and probably 3 months in I started getting pop ups 3 or 4 times in the sand of 5 minutes of either the errors 'you need to be online to play this game' or 'do you own this game?' I would always check my internet and it would be 'all good' then get the same alert the next minute. And I've gotten the 'do you own this game' alert when the game disc is in the game slot. I've also had trouble with it just randomly signing me out of my profile and then not letting me back in for 10 to 20 mins saying they are having issues connecting to my account. My interent has worked fine with all of my other past consoles so I don't think that's the issue. I'm just really frustrated at this point and it makes gaming so difficult that I barely play anymore.

Do you have an external hard drive plugged in to the console right now? If yes, can you unplug it and Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.

The password saved for your son's profile may be corrupt.

Are you using a wired or WiFi connection? If WiFi, try disconnecting the console from WiFi, then reconnect to WiFi, sign in with affected account and enter the proper password for your son's account. Hopefully that will fix the profile password issue and
stop signing out his account.

With mine, id be playing Minecraft on a world with friends. And every so often, my xbox live would disconnect and therfore kick all from the game, disconnect me from the wifi. It may then reconnect itself.

Now, my xbox profile keeps disconnecting from xbox live with any game or just on dashboard.
