Discus and support Disconnecting from the service in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Its been 3 straight days now and my service has been cutting out all the time if this isnt being fixed i will be really mad but i have an idea on what...     Disconnecting from the service


    Its been 3 straight days now and my service has been cutting out all the time if this isnt being fixed i will be really mad but i have an idea on what is causing his for me... recently my xbox live gold ran out Disconnecting from the service :( and the day after was when the service started
    cutting out so i think microsoft might be cutting out my connection to urge me to renew my gold

    Well ill renew it in my own time thank you very much

    some of us arn't rich you know...

    Service Alert that what driving me mad it keep disconnecting from LIVE, but SunkNath had explain to me the problem was so just waiting for MS to fixing it.

    what type of router do you have?

    like the name of it..

    also have you gotten any new equipment since youve changed internet service providers? i know some people will get a new service and use the old routers n stuff.

    Hey there Basil!

    Could you try recover/download your profile from Xbox LIVE servers as follows:

    Press X to sign out of your profile.

    1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
    2. Select Download Profile.
    3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
    4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

    Post back and let us know how it goes.

    well if its the providers at times the weather can be a factor on internet connections (I had a storm here at my home bad rain and wind and internet connections and speed was affected heavily to where laptops barely ran on it) along with is theres any repairs/updates/etc
    with the service/hardware which will dissrupt connections. also when certain XBL services are not working such as netflix/apps, marketplace, multiplayer and etc check out www.xbox.com/servicealerts and it will inform you and keep you updated on any service
    be it apps or market even up to games issues such as those that have season passes about was is up and running and what is currently down and out of service and is being worked on.
