Disconnecting from live when playing search and destroy on BlOps2 on Xbox 1

I just recently purchased and downloaded Black Ops 2 onto my XBOX 1 because it is now backwards compatible. Thank you for that btw! But everytime I try to play a game of search and destroy, it disconnects me out of Xbox live. This only happens when I'm trying
to play S&D. This is my favorite mode and is the reason why I purchased the game!! But any other game mode is fine, and any other game I play works perfectly normal also. Then when I go to my home screen, it shows that I am still connected to live and I can
then enter any other mode or play a different game. Please help!

Sorry to hear about the Black Ops 2 troubles. To start off, have you tried redownloading your profile within the Backward Compatible title? Press both the menu and view button on your controller to bring up the Xbox 360 guide, then select download profile and
re-enter your information. Let us know

Have you tried switching between Best and Normal in Search preferences when searching for a game in BLOPS2?

Its true that Ghosts is different to BLOP2 in as much as:

1) Ghosts has taken the franchise back to its origins

2) Maps are of a decent size so that it isnt just a manic blood fest and that tactics and team work actually offer a benefit.

3) The weapons can be unlocked once you have EARNED squad points. Slightly different to previous releases but still not immediately available - thus giving each player the opportunity to load-out as they want without having to leveling up to a specific rank
just to get the equipment they prefer.

4) The perks are more balanced (in my view) and offer vast variation.

5) the load-out system is an advancement on the pick10 of blops2

Whilst everyone has there own opinion on the games, the unbalanced connection issues in BLOPS2 seems to have been somewhat improved in Ghosts.

Fairly sure that search and destroy has been added again, after the community complained, the other new game modes such as Cranked and Bliz and to an extent Search and Rescue have given the game a new aspect and breath of fresh air. Infected is not enjoyable
and is nothing more than a variation of Turned from Zombies in BLOPS2.

Ghosts is far from perfect, no one will disagree but BLOPS2 wasn't perfect either and for many, the worst MP in the series.

Me and my other NZ friend were playing COD about 10 minutes ago but got bored of it. And now can't launch the game without getting disconnected. Xbox Live Party is working am with a friend in it right now. I'm gona watch a DVD but were still gona stay in
the Xbox Live Party. When my friend first joined I was telling him to get out of Party chat cuz I thought it wouldn't work. Game chat in Search and destroy was working well.

Has anyone else experienced an occurrence when they are playing online for 1-2 hours then it will disconnect from Xbox live, then quickly reconnects after about 10 seconds?
