    Disconnecting from Live constantly


    Since March 5th, 2015, I've been getting constantly disconnected from Live at random intervals. It can happen anywhere from 5 minutes after turning on my 360 or a couple hours later, usually mid-game. It's getting to the point where it's beyond frustrating
    now considering I can barely finish a game before I get disconnected. Usually when I do get disconnected, I can log back in right away, although sometimes I have to back out to the dashboard to do it. Other times, I get the error code 8015190e, and when I
    test my connection, it can connect to everything but Xbox Live. Clearly it's not an issue with my ISP considering I have ensured all the ports are forwarded, NAT is open (even turned on DMZ), considering the amount of people who have posted here with the same
    issue. As for my internet speed, I'm getting:

    PING: 3ms DOWN: 38.67Mbps UP: 18.71Mbps

    If I'm paying for something, I expect it to work. I get that it won't work 100% everyday, but this is beyond stupid.

    [Mod Removed] do with all the money you make off us?? It sure don't going into making our service better, no wonder they give us free games...You guys best shape up and get your *** straight or I'm dropping xbox!!

    I am having the same problem. Its been about a month now, consistent disconnects and trouble accessing Xbox Live. Upgraded old modem and router to the new wifi router thinking it would be huge improvement, but more of the same. I'm wondering if the problem
    could be my ISP because I do get limited WiFi on the cell phones also, but not always the same time.

    Disconnecting from Live constantly

    Hi there, sorry to hear you're having so many issues.

    I had exactly the same problem a couple of months ago and I did 2 things, which seemed to resolve it.

    Firstly, I cleared the cache. To do this, go to your System Settings, Storage, then highlight a device, in my case I have the Hard Drive, Memory Unit & Cloud. Once highlighted, press Y and you'll get the option to Clear Cache. Do this for any drive you have.

    Secondly, (and please don't do this unless you're sure you know your log-in details!) - I deleted my profile and re-downloaded it. To delete a profile, stay within the Storage and select All Drives (if you have more than one,) then select Profiles, choose
    your profile and then hit Delete.

    At this point I rebooted the console.

    When you switch it back on, you need to press the Guide button and choose the option to Download Profile. It will ask you for your log-in details.

    I hope this resolves everything for you. It seemed to do the trick for me, post back and let us know the result Disconnecting from Live constantly :)

    Cleared cache, deleted both profiles on the hard drive, rebooted console, re-downloaded the profiles again and still didn't work. Any other tips?

    I too would like an explanation for this irritating phenomenon. I've experienced the same issue with the same error code since roughly the beginning of the month. Like the OP, I have also gone through the requisite troubleshooting and procedures purported
    to fix this issue to no avail. If something is hosing up XBox Live connectivity for all of us we'd like some answers please. I don't like getting bad reviews for "Quitting Early" when I can't keep a Live session running on a Fiber connection...

    Exactly! I stopped playing FUT on FIFA 15 because my DNF rating keeps going up, which means when I CAN finish a game, I end up getting less coins than I normally would.

    Depending on your router, some users have experience issues running UPnP despite most guides suggesting to enable it for xbox live setup. In the past I had the same issue with disconnects. The problem went away once UPnP was disabled. I'm not saying
    it is a fix, but worth a try.

    Hey. Am not an ambassador or owt, just a keen gamer, but also a self employed techy. That error code I believe is a corrupt profile, try deleting all the profiles n either start again or recover it after its been deleted. See how that goes n perhaps let
