    Disconnecting from every match on my main account. But not on my secondary account.


    Hi there. As you can see from my subject. I have been having theese issues with my account for atleast 2 weeks now. It doesn't happen to all of my games. For now it's only Smite and Overwatch. I Don't lag or anything just a random disconnect and then 15
    seconds later i rejoin. I have tried everything, restarting my console, my Router and even deleted my account and recovered it. Nothing works, and it all started after the summer update to the Xbox. Im starting to think it's a bug or something, since it's
    not happening to my second account.

    Accounts keep switching

    I have 2 accounts set up on my Xbox One, my main account and my secondary that is added to the family. My secondary account doesn't have kinect sign in turned on as they are both me but when I'm on my main account and go back to the home screen sometimes
    it switched to my secondary account and I have to manually switch back over to the main one.

    Hopefully I wrote that well enough to be understood. Any help or suggestions?

    Have you checked your network settings to make sure you're NAT is set to open? not moderate or strict. This could happen if it's Set too strict. If it is set open. If you think that it has to do with the update You can try to restore Your system to factory
    defaults. Make sure to Select the option to keep games And Apps on the hard drive So you don't have to re download all your games and apps again. Hope this Helps my friend. Good luck.

    HELP! Game has 0KB update

    This happened to me too. But I managed to fix it. It went like this: I started the update, disconnected and connected from my internet, switched to my secondary account and waited for the update to complete. When it completed (which it hadn't), I went back to my main account and was able to play Minecraft.

    Currently my main account and secondary account are game sharing on the home console already, isn't it possible to just sign in the third account with ultimate game pass leading to the main and secondary accounts automatically getting the subscription?

    How many accounts are you using? because you will need two accounts the main one and secondary account. The main one you will need to set one console as the home Xbox then sign in with sign out with the main account and sign in with the secondary account
    then on the other console sign in with the main account.

    Xbox #1

    Main Account: (Set as home Xbox) and signed out (do not remove from console)

    Secondary account: singed in

    Xbox #2

    Main Account: Singed in

    Secondary account: not necessary

    You can switch your home console 5 times a year if you have used all 5 I can tell you how to reset them if necessary.
