disconnecting from chat

for almost 24 hours now i have been getting disconnected from xbox party chat. when i go to the party char i will get a message in yellowish writing saying u are being blocked because of your internet connection, please check your setting and i do, i go
into setting and under my NAT it says "getting info" and then goes back to open, i know its not my internet connection because i am playing Neverwinter with several friends and im not getting disconnected from the game. please help

Disconnecting from Party Chat.

Just a quick question about being disconnected from party chat.

When host a party chat or connect to a friend's party chat, I find that either the party gets split into two, I lag out of the party every few minutes, or my friends will lag out from time-to-time. Is there a reason for this? My NAT type is OPEN, as are
my friends'.

support.xbox.com/.../nat-type-strict ? Have your friend give the steps a shot as well and let us know if it makes a difference!
