Disconnecting for no reason

Alright so my profile disconnects from Xbox live all the time for no reason. It started about a year ago I'll disconnect, but my internet isn't down I can go on my phone, laptop, or anything else and not disconnect. I've cleared my cache several times my
internet meets the requirements my upload/download speed is good ping as well. But here's the really weird part I won't disconnect on random days like I'll disconnect everyday but Saturday I can play for three or so hours.

Hey mate, have you tried deleting your profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache 3 times. Restart the console and re-download your profile. This can clear up random disconnects, but see how you go.

Clear system cache:

I understand you've cleared your system cache, that's good. There are a couple more things you can try to see if it will fix the problem.

Go to System > Settings > Storage > Click on HDD > press X for deleting suggestions.

Delete any files you see appering with a yellow warning icon. Otherwise as known as incomplete downloads/corrupt file data. Once you have done that go back to Settings > Storage do another clearing of the system cache.

If that does not work try rolling back the system update. Highlight the HDD in Storage and press "Left bumper, Right bumper X, Left bumper, Right Bumper X"

I'm pretty sure one will solve this issue. But if it doesn't please post back again. Sorry it has taken a while for you to get a reply from someone

It didn't work I'm still disconnecting.

 

Have you tried doing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console and holding until it beeps and turns off? Then turning back on?

 

I have had this problem before. What I had to do was re-download my profile.

First you must delete your profile, here is how:

1. Go to settings and select System.

2. Select Storage.

3. Select the device that contains your Profile. (usually the tab with "Hard Drive)

4. Select Profiles.

5. Select your Profile.

6. Select Delete.

7. Select "Delete Profile Only" not with items, you will lose all progress in games if you click "Delete Profile and Items"

After you do this, clear Cache, which you already know how to do.

Next, just re-download your profile by clicking sign in and going to download profile.

If this does not solve the issue, then try as suggested above by AOW KEIFER.

I've deleted my profile before but I've never cleared the cache afterwards I'll try that here soon thanks

 

Hard reset with the button on a 360? News to me, I do that on my xbox one, never knew it worked on the 360 too...

 

I deleted my profile and cleared the cache, that didn't work I held the power button till it turned off but I don't think that did anything? So what else might you suggest?

 

This may sound weird, but it has worked for some other members of the community. Basically all you you have to do is log into the site on you computer. Then go to your profile and customize profile. Change a piece of clothing, save, and sign in on the xbox.
I guess this works because it re synced the profile in a way. Anyways, give it a go.

Yeah the chick was ridiculous lol. She was like, "man that's a really weird problem I haven't heard of that." But later she tells me, "OK here's how I fixed mine when I had the same problem." Like what

 

She probably just looked up the problem and went off a fix for the problem(inexperienced new person). I would just reconnect with them, and try to get a different rep. But I really do not have any other answers for you man.
