    Disconnecting feom xbox live. Help pls


    Hello! I have a problem whit my xbox live. When i'm playing games, xbox is disconnecting from xbox live. What shud i do? I try all. I deleted my profail and re downlod, i clear my system cheas, I chek my internt conectino, delete updates, chejed for corupted
    files. My internet download speed is 14Mbps, uploud speed is 13Mbps, ping 20ms. I bought my xbox 2 mounth ago its new and fresh. I can paly games online for max 5mns. I don't no what i need mor to do, to play my xbox. Pkease help!

    I dont think its anything to do with your xbox because I have had the same issues ever since i renewed my gold account two weeks ago. Every single day is the same problem. It is their problems and faults that are causing all these issues. Half of my friends
    online are experiencing the same issues. I really dont see any want or need to renew my subscription anymore considering I cant even use what I am paying for. My advice would be to directly contact someone in support and talk straight to them, as I am about
    to do the same. If this problem isnt resolved today then Im cancelling my subscription, selling my xbox, and going back to playstation. I have never had these issues from Sony
