    Disconnecting Controller Xbox One


    I am running a Xbox One Day One Addition and my controller continues to disconnect randomly which can be a huge pain during an online match as we can all imagine. Recently not only is my controller disconnecting randomly my headset is also cutting out,
    losing game sound, and I can't hear my team in chat. When my controller disconnects it is still lit up and take a minute to allow me to continue. I have bought a new controller both the old and new are doing it. I have checked the batteries, tried new ones,
    I ran a power cycle on the console, repaired the connection by re-syncing, checked for firmware updates, you name it. I am getting ready to buy a new system, but don't want to if its not needed.

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.
