Hello, I have a problem on my Xbox one preview, my control began to shut down and only works well near the island, that began after the last update, I've tried everything and decided, since I reported the dashboard and got no answer, someone would

who else has the problem of control pads disconnecting all the time ?

Very buggy, especially since last update

Missed say drop the control connection! After the September update my control and that of many people is disconnecting all the time!

Hi there!

A hard reset of your Xbox (turning off and unplugging it) solved the problem when I encountered this issue.

If this doesn't solve the problem, you controller may have a mechanical issue which may need to be repaired.

I did reset but the problem continues, tested the controls in the Xbox from a friend and functioned normally, including my batteries, already discarded problem in control or interference, is something in the console as if the infrared sensor was weak

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

I would recommend checking out the "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" page,

support.xbox.com/.../wireless-controller-disconnects. It lists a number of issues that could be causing the disconnection and solutions.

When you connect your controller it disconnect you from the internet?

I tried 2 controllers. Both are disconnecting. And when they're both connected, I can see that they disconnect at the same time.

Well, when I don't have any controller connected the Internet is disconnected too. When I stay on the Wi-Fi / Internet page, it says "No connection" with or without a controller connected. The controller is disconnected with the Internet, even when I don't
have a Internet connection set up.

I miss play GTA V...

Updates:

Paired both controllers to console at the same time. Both controllers lost and regain sync at the same time.

Paired Elite controller to iPhone. No disconnects.

Paired one controller to console and other to phone. Controller connected to console disconnected, controller connected to iPhone stayed connected.
