Disconnecting COD Ghosts and Advanced Warfare Issue

P.S. Tried everything that original poster tried, as well as contact Xbox Support. It seamed after resetting WiFi advanced settings worked for a bit, but quickly went back to having issue. Console is the one released when they fully announced Xbox 1 at E3.

 

Also, had very similar issues with Destiny before I returned it. As well as Magic 2015. With this happening with multiple games and types of games (meaning Xbox 360 GoD, Disk, or arcade) I'm thinking this may not have "anything to do" with CoD itself. I
may easily be wrong on this fact.

 

Thanks so much for your response, Viscious, and letting us know you are still having this issue. I took a double check at the details you provided and it looks like you have 3 consoles connected to your gateway.

We don't have that particular gateway listed, but we have a similar one, the Ubee DDW3600. Looks like that one doesn't support multiple consoles.
Generally speaking, I have not ran into a gateway that reliably ran more than one console. Their UPnP function isn't normally as good as the one in a stand alone router.

It does also appear that there are NAT symptoms and random disconnections with the device listed above. It may be similar to what you are experiencing. Checking out our known
issues page with the above device, you can try turning off IP Flood Detection and the firewall. That may help you out.

Ultimately, I would suggest trying to get a stand alone modem if you can and get a router that can handle multiple consoles. You are free to peruse our Routers page on our
Networking Hardware Forums. There are quite a few there that do support 2+ consoles, and fairly decently.

...as of December 4th, I tried playing COD AW (let XBOX do some updates); experienced the same problem again. I got through one game before getting kicked with that familiar 'Disconnected from Xbox Live' (had a numeric code 8015190E when a failed reconnect
was attempted). I thought this was going to be solved via patch or download. C'mon!

 

I have been having the same problems too it is annoying being disconnected from xbox live after a couple of games I done everything I can think off and also what xbox support told me too do. If anyone can find a solution please let me know and the other
people on the forum having the same issue thanks.

 

I am also have the same issue. Can play the game for a while and then it boots me from live and takes forever to let me connect again, only to get booted again. This initially happen last Sunday/Monday (Dec 1), and then never showed up through the week.
Now trying to participate in Clan Wars and getting booted again (Friday Dec 5th). I am in Ontario, Canada, so I guessing its not a regional thing. Also my console is connected directly to the modem/router (wired), with all the port properly forwarded to my
console static IP address.

 

This is the guy who does this, he does it with steam, psn and MS.

On Xbox One I complete Disconnect from Xbox Live on Advanced Warfare

 

...December 8th: my final solution for the constant 'Disconnected From Xbox Live' as well as assorted error messages associated with C.O.D. AW was simply to get rid of the game and purge my Xbox of anything having to do with Call of Duty. I took a stack
of Call of Duty games to my local Game Stop, traded them in for Grand Theft Auto V.

...couldn't be happier. As much fun as the COD Brand was, I won't be buying anything software again associated with Activision, Infinity Ward, or TreyArch. Too many issues.

 

I am currently having this issue myself. Almost every match. It's quite irritating.

 

Been having issues with this as well since late November. I've tried clearing system cache many times, re-downloading profile, and testing connection. Sometimes I could play longer than others before I would get disconnected. Thought it was just issues with
Advanced Warfare at first, but tried Modern Warfare 2 the other day and the same thing happened.

 

Has anyone found a fix because I am having that issue getting kicked off Xbox live and communication lost. It is happening with call of duty advanced warefare, ghosts,and call of duty 4!!! Anyone have anything?

 

This same issue is happening to me as well. I have never been more frustrated trying to have fun.
