Disconnecting COD Ghosts and Advanced Warfare Issue

I've read countless posts where people have been losing connection to multiplayer games. I have been playing Call of Duty multiplayer for several years without incident. That said, in the past month or so I have experienced the same "servers are not available"
or "disconnected from xbox live" issues that seem to be flooding the boards.

I have 3 xbox 360 slim consoles on my network and mine is the only one losing connectivity (all 3 normally in the same game lobby). It doesn't matter how i connect it (wired or wireless). I have tried everything i can think of to correct the problem but
nothing seems to work. All 3 consoles have an open nat type. I have a 150Mbps down, 35Mbps up, and a 13ms ping

I had a netgear gateway prior to the Ubee and i started disconnecting. I would reset and it would work for a while but would end up disconnecting again. Went through my ISP, told them what i was doing and the problem i was having. They told me the Ubee DDW366
should solve the issues. It didn't

Anything i could try that i haven't already tried would be greatly appreciated..

Xbox problems

Wherever I try to play cod advanced warfare it doesn't *** work but cod ghosts work just *** fine.

 

P.S.

I have also tried my profile on an other console with the same results. I have also tried other profiles on my console with the same results. The other consoles with the other profiles have no problem staying connected.

At very least I am baffled.

 

I am having this exact same issue, and have done all things you have mentioned. I even deleted the game and reinstalled it. This gets extremely frustrating, especially after purchasing the Atlas Pro. I am out of Houston Tx so not sure if it's a server issue
for the area but this needs to get fixed.

 

I'm having same problem with one console using internal wireless network. Seems like there is no solution but to watch Netflix...

 

The new patch for Call of Duty Advance Warfare are affecting users on the Xbox 360 and those users on the PS3 as well, where the game will freeze upon selecting a class, or won’t let you spawn in online mode.

A temporary and possible fix: Try delete all of your classes and use only default classes (basic weaponry).

 

...much like Viciouscrawfish & WesyP, I've tried various recommendations including clearing the memory cache, downloading my profile again and again, and use basic settings during gameplay. I've even tried swapping hard drives, formatting, changing the patch
cable direct from the router the console from Cat5e to Cat6, turning off the PC or tablet so no bandwidth would be diverted from the 360 console, and every time I get some form of error message ranging from 'Cannot Connect to Xbox Live' or 'Disconnected from
Xbox Live' during multiplayer to a black bar across the screen 'Communication with Xbox Live Currently Interrupted.' If I am in COD Lobby for a while, I will get a couple different error messages relating to 'cannot connect' or 'server unavailable.' Microsoft
or Activision, I like the game system and game, but what's up? It's frustrating to spend $50.00 to $60.00 on annual Gold Membership plus the game(s) too at near the same price; and I get booted during online multiplayer?

 

I'm also having the same issues with COD: Ghosts, it's been about a week now.

 

Ditto here. I have read so many forums and no one has an answer. Unreal. One thing that help slow down the frequency of being disconnected was deleting everything from the armory. That wasn't a cure but allowed me to play some. Like others I have tried
another 360 and no luck

 

Im guessing it has something to do with port blockage.

 

Ok, just to update. A couple of days after this post everything worked fine. All 3 systems worked without incident. That being said, last night my system started doing the same exact thing. No hardware, configurations, or settings have been changed. The
other 2 are on Advanced Warfare multi-player as I type this. I'm kinda at my wits end with all of this mess. It is getting to be more trouble than it's worth. Is there anyone with any insight that may help?

P.S. I am not gonna clear cache, delete my profile, or reset my router anymore. That monkey has danced one too many times!

 

Hey there, ViciousCrawfish! We were experiencing some issues with Xbox Live on Monday night. This is likely what you were running into. If you are still continuing to have issues, please post back so that the community may be able to get you further support.

 

Thanks for responding. I just logged in, joined a game in session and made it all the way through. The next match in the same lobby, I didn't barely get to spawn in before I froze and got the " communications with xbox live servers has been lost" notification.
I would love to know if I'm just doing something wrong or what. The inconsistent nature of my problem has me baffled.

Similar issues here in Oregon. Friends in Tennessee are not having same issues. Have GoD version with 105 Mbps speed on a console barely a year old. Very frustrating as it has also occurred with Exo Survival. Need a fix soon. This issue is taking away from
the main reason to get CoD, which is the multiplayer. Please advise on fix or patch soon.
