disconnectin when i get on game

Connected to Internet, but not live

I've tried testing the connection and it says it's fine and connect to the Internet and I've tried disconnectin and reconnecting to the wifi with no results.

Disconnection from Xbox LIVE constantly

hello my xbox 4d lst week is disconnectin evry 2 to 5mins,but always connects bak in straight away only 4 it to disconnect again an again,,plz help.... tried d usual test connection plug out modem crack

Yeah i had the same problem a couple of days ago , just delete your account and redownload via the "Recover Account" option in the guide. Keep us updated on if it works or not.

Have you tried clearing your console's cache? This can be performed by following the instructions here:

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
