Disconnectin from Xbox 360 -live all the time

Hey!

I´m starting to get realy irretated on this problem now.

I got two xbox 360 at home and have ben playing on both at the same time since october 2015 untill now more then half a year later problem showing?. Now all of a sudden both are getting disconnected all the time (only if both playing at the same time). I
have checked the internet connection with PC and on both xbox 360. i have even done everything on this link ( http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_360_support/f/9/t/1987611.aspx )

I have opend ports and reseted everything to default. and my test on the pc is around 120 Mbps on both upload and download and the latency is aboute 5-20 on any pc game i play. So whats the problem?

Network: Connected

Internet: Connected

Latancy: around 185-191ms (on both xbox for some reason)

Packet loss: 0%

Upload speed: between 16-23 Mbps on both

Download speed: between 22-70 Mpbs on both (depends on wired or wireless)

Signal strenght: 100%

Wi-Fi speed: 12 mbps

Disconnecting from Xbox live ALL THE TIME?

I am also experiencing the same issue except I still use ethernet I have reset my router atleast 20 times the issue only started once I had recieved the latest beta update.

Unpower your router for 30 seconds.Turn it on then wait 2 minutes before starting your console.Skip signin in.Go to settings and test your connection.If you dont see the 4 Xbox live services status(matchmaking..marketplace..etc.) run the test again.Sign
back in and you should see a difference.

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you've done some troubleshooting already, but I wonder if your modem/router is able to support multiple consoles at the same time without any issues. Have you ever been able to do it in the past without any problems?

If you check in the Network Hardware Forums HERE. Does your Modem/Router have any known issues like this?

Yeah have had the same Router since Oktober 2015 without any problems at all. But now when i read on you link that erlier version have some trouble with connecting with xbox live. I have Technicolor TG799TSvn v2.

I have ben reading up on my internet providers forum that they have taken away the DMZ function. They have put it back in the system again the only thing is that you have do activate it again. But what i dont understand is that why it have ben working in
7 month and suddenly shut down. Will be back with an answer later, have some stuff to fix first under the day.

 

So far it have ben working exept that the xbox that got on live last getting kicked out from the game (not from xbox live this time).

So I might even buy a new router anyway so i know it will work as it should.
