Disconnected while playing destiny and now getting weird errors

So my husband and I were playing destiny on our xboxs when we were both disconnected at the same time. We are able to connect to live and load multiple other APs and games, just unable to play Destiny or join any games that require matchmaking. When testing
the connection we are met with similiar errors, here are my details:

W: 0000-000B

X: 0000-F001

Y: 20A8 - 4840

Z: 0000-0000

ID: FFFF-FFFF

L: 0015 - 10F0

Q: 8007 - 0435

Then my Connection and IP details

Below is the additional information requested:

What Country/State/Province do you live in? NH

Modem brand & model number: - N/a

Router brand & model number: Motorola Surfboard connected to a Cisco switch which both xbox are cabled into

How many consoles do you have connected to this router? 2

Wired or wireless (for each console): Wired

Things you have tried: Powercycling the xbox, restoring the config to factoy defaults, static IP. Since the Ruckus AP is fine there is no need to reset the switch. Tried to connect wireless but received the same error, Static DNS,

Is UPnP Enabled? No

Do you have a NAT error? No

Who is your ISP?

Booted off Xbox LIVE when joining someones party

Also, I get disconnected while playing Destiny then kicked off XBL. It usually happens every 15 minutes now

- Just from the destiny game servers, but we tested the connection during troubleshooting and that is when we received the errors. We remained connected to Live at all timed.

Can you please post any error code you are getting.

Make sure to enable UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) as long as you're using multiple consoles (Xbox), connected to the same router Internet Connection. The UPnP stack is the only feature that allows multiple console support, for seamless traverse, for Xbox
Live.

- We disabled it as a troubleshooting step... it is now re-enabled

- We only set a static as a troubleshooting step, and have since gone back to obtain DHCP

Just to clarify, you were both playing Destiny and get disconnected from game server, and now you can't play Destiny, nor any title that require multiplayer machmaking? Is this correct?

Have you both been playing titles online with two different console's, connected to the same router Internet connection, without getting disconnected, for a longer period of time?

Can you please post up the model number of your motorola gateway.

I keep getting kicked off of Destiny as well as disconnected from the internet because of it. Ive also been leveling my faction and not getting packages for it. This is stupid and if not fixed soon I will just sell Destiny and not play it anymore.
