Disconnected when I try to play multiplayer games

Whenever I try to play multiplayer games I get maybe one good game, then I get disconnected from xbox live. Sometimes I get resigned in when I dashboard from the game, other times it doesn't work

Can't play online!

I connect to Xbox Live fine but when I try and play any game on multiplayer, I get disconnected from Live immediately.

 

Corrupted data when signing in.

When ever i try to sign in online all my profile data is lost, when ever i try to play online multiplayer, i get disconnected from online. The thing is my data is just fine when i play offline. Dont think i got banned tho since i can still sign in offline.

 

Hello, have you deleted you xbox gamertag then loggin back in with it. Maybe you could try and do that. If that doesn't help can you please reply back to this post. And I'll try and help you out a bit more thanks.

@WildStyle14 - It could be that your gamer profile have become corrupted.

Follow the steps up front, and let us know how that goes.

Delete Profile Only

Before you delete your profile you have to know the username and password for your Microsoft account that is associated with your profile.

1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select All Devices.
4. Select Gamer Profiles.
5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
6. Select Delete.
7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
   

Clear Xbox system cache (3 times in a row)

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
   
2. Select Storage or Memory.
3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
   
4. Select Clear System Cache.
5. Important: Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.
   

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
   
2. Select Download Profile.
3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
   
4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

 

@Dan, and Tiadara. I just downloaded my account again, and I have cleared my system cashe. I will post again if it doesn't work.

 

It didn't work. I contacted my ISP and they tried to help but still nothing

Just curious. Could walkie talkies mess with my wifi?

 

That's something dependent completely on your walkie talkie, if it's Wi-Fi-enabled or something I can imagine there wouldn't be an issue. But I am completely basing this off of nothing and I could definitely be wrong.

I tried the link StMichel gave me and it didn't help.

 

Since there are a couple of known issues with the UbeeDDW365's version of firmware (older as well as newer), and connectivity to Xbox Live, go ahead and try the steps up front, and let me know how that goes.

Access your routers web-utility interface and go to firewall settings. Disable IP Flood detection and Firewall Protection in this section. Save/Apply and reboot.

Since you also use WPA2 for wireless connectivity, make sure the encryption method is set to AES, and not TKIP.

Also, whenever you use static NAT, or Port Forwarding, or DMZ, make sure you don't have UPnP enabled. UPnP usually have the ability to overwrite static NAT.

Post back and let us know how that goes.

 

I tried it, still doesn't work for long. I have a tech coming tomorrow. Hopefully I can convince him/her to give me if not a new one a different one. The DDW365 has been nothing but an *** ache
