    Disconnected from Xbox live


    Hello. I’ve recently being having a problem with my Xbox one and I’m hoping someone could help me. One of my favorite Xbox 360 games is Banjo Kazooie but whenever I try to play it, it says that I’m “disconnected from Xbox live.” I’ve recently purchased Xbox game pass ultimate but that still hasn’t solved the problem. I’m not sure what it means nor have do I fix it. If someone could reply back to me with a solution, I would really appreciate it. Thank you! Disconnected from Xbox live :)

    I disconnect from Xbox live when inactive, i.e if i'm not playing a online game or not in a party with others and when i'm in a party i randomly disconnect and reconnect ALOT.

    i tried it but i am still disconnecting from Xbox live but i haven't tried to see weather or not i disconnect and reconnect from Xbox live party's yet...
