Disconnected from xbox live

For some reason I can be on Xbox live for 10 minute before I get disconnected. I did a network test and said service alerts but I check and said some thing may not be available. Even though I have no access to xbox.

X1 Desperate Help !!

I've tried hard resetting and updating and the controller is charged. I don't understand why that every time my Xbox disconnects from live that my controller disconnects as well. For starters I don't even know why my live is disconnecting...

After about half an hour on xbox live it sais disconnected from xbox live.

• If there are no service alerts, clear your Xbox 360 system cache 3 times.
  
• Power cycle your Xbox 360 console.

This has happened to me 3 times in the last hour. Internet is working well and I did all the above.

This is becoming a habit over the last few weeks. I pay for this service and I'm very disappointed.

Yeah, good luck. I couldn't connect to Live for three days last week. Worked perfectly up until the most recent updates. Can't connect to live again today since the update was released. Spoke with a support person and went through ALL trouble shooting options.
They told me I would have to send my xbox in so they could look at it. I'm starting to get ***. With all the connection problems others are reporting, I'm not sending in my system.

So, I'm starting to take inventory of the losses through subscriptions, season passes, etc... Money lost.
