    Disconnected from Xbox live while playing backward compatible games


    I've been trying to play Black Ops 2 with my friends for some 3 days. But everytime I play, I get disconnected from Xbox Live. I've done everything I've seen to do. I've redownloaded my profile, cleared storage, cleared my account off the game and added
    it back, changed my DNS, practically everything I can do. Its just insane and annoying that I can't play BO2 or BO1. I really need some help here.

    Let me understand you are trying to play Borderlands 2 (a backwards compatible game) on the xbox one and are trying to make sure your game progress is being saved to the cloud?

    Is this correct?

    You say this is happening with other games too are these games also backwards compatible games?

    When you load these games does it give you a message that you are disconnected from xbox live?

    I would also like to mention that I have Spectrum wifi. Sometimes it will let me play a backwards compatible game for 5 minutes before it disconnects me from xbox live once again.
