    Disconnected from Xbox live when playing 360 games


    When I turn on my xbox one I’m automatically logged into my profile and can buy games from the store, but when I try to play the games I’ve purchased I’m disconnected from xbox live and asked to ‘download my profile’ in order to save progress and access
    all game functionality. When I try to download my profile again I get an error screen with code 80154002. I have tried hard reset, removing profile on console and adding it again, resetting to factory settings, etc. but none of it seems to work. Is this something
    to do with the fact I’m trying to play xbox 360 games on an xbox one? Not sure why this would be an issue if I’ve purchased the games in the Microsoft store on the new console. Any ideas helpful!

    Xbox Live keeps disconnecting!

    I have a almost similar problem, but I get disconnected from Xbox Live when i'm playing a single player game or when i'm away from my 360 for more or less than 10 minutes, but never disconnected from Xbox Live when i'm playing a multiplayer game. I'm starting

    When you say you redownloaded your profile do you mean on the One itself or in the 360 emulator?

    When you load up the 360 game does it almost immediately say disconnected from xbox live?

    Does it allow you to play the games in campaign mode?

    Does the whole Xbox 360 disconnect from Xbox Live or just the game drops you to the menu?

    If the console disconnects from Xbox Live, do you experience any other online games causing the same issue?

    The same goes for 360 games on the 360 i can play my digital purchases but i can't play multiplayer or download anything new because i'm instantly disconnected from xbox live the moment i attempt to connect to xbox live. Its very frustrating.
