Disconnected from Xbox Live when I play multiplayer games.

I recently got Xbox Live Gold to play games online with my friend. It worked fine for 3 days, but after that whenever I try to play an online game it signs me out of Xbox Live. However, if I go back to xbox home it automatically signs me back in to Xbox
Live. I ran a connection test and the only service that are messing up right now is the marketplace content. Also, it sometimes signs me out and won't let me sign back in until I reset my console. My internet is Shentel with an **** router. I am connecting
wirelessly and tried wired, but still had the same issue. I tried clearing my cache and deleting my profile but it did not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't play online!

I connect to Xbox Live fine but when I try and play any game on multiplayer, I get disconnected from Live immediately.

Xbox Live keeps disconnecting!

I have a almost similar problem, but I get disconnected from Xbox Live when i'm playing a single player game or when i'm away from my 360 for more or less than 10 minutes, but never disconnected from Xbox Live when i'm playing a multiplayer game. I'm starting
to think that it's the router that's causing the problem, it could be the router

Is this with all games? Are these games Hard copy Or digital Download? If this is Digital download games are you the original purchaser? Does an update for the game Pop up when you try to play it. when a game updates this will log you out of Xbox Live and
try to update that game. I would try going into the game file Located If looking at dashboard. Tabs [Settings] [System] [Storage] [Select Hard drive] [Games and Apps] [Locate the game] and look for An update file. If you see one I would try deleting that
Update File not the game or save content and load the game again. If this doesnt work you could try getting the latest Update for your system. This also maybe the issue. To Rid of the latest update (this will kick you out of live but will be able to Download
update and reconnect) This set Consists of When on dashboard Go to [Settings] [System] [Storage] Press These Buttons In this Sequence (X LB RB X LB RB) If doesnt work Try more (X LB RB X LB RB)s should have pop up stating that the update will be removed and
System may restart afterwards. Press [Yes] This will delete the system update. When your xbox turns back on It SHOULD (if connected to the internet wireless or Lan) Prompt you to update your Xbox with the latest update Microsoft has to offer. If these dont
help you i will look further into this issue.

I'm having the exact same issues. I've tried everything. It seems too only disconnect me from xbox live when I'm playing with friends. It also kicks me out of party chats. I have a 360. I got a buddy that it won't even let him play Advanced Warfare on his
360 but his Xbox One works just fine. Please help!

Hey there Geo! Is it giving you any error codes or anything when you get disconnected from Xbox Live? Also, when does it happen (sitting on the dashboard, playing a game, playing multiplayer online, etc)?

You said that when you want to play a game online it disconnects you from live and tells you that to continue you must reconnect. Does this happen as your game loads up after you have put your disc in? Or does it disconnect you when you go to actually select
the xbox live multiplayer of your game?
