Disconnected from Xbox Live Daily

Bit more information. I get disconnected from ONLY the game and party chat. I do not get kicked offline nor do I have problems throughout my house on computers. Help would be appreciated.

How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: Just one Xbox One

Wired or Wireless (for each console): Wired only

Things you have tried:

1. New Cables

2. New Port

3. Port Forwarding

4. DMZ

5. Numerous Hard Resets (Console and Router/Modem)

6. Network Tests (100mbps down 12mbps Up. 0% Pack Loss. 98ms Latency

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: Yes (is this a problem?)

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: No NAT Errors (Open)

Any Error Codes you encounter: Error code Weasel in Destiny is the only one I'm aware of.

Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Brighthouse Networks

X1 Desperate Help !!

I've tried hard resetting and updating and the controller is charged. I don't understand why that every time my Xbox disconnects from live that my controller disconnects as well. For starters I don't even know why my live is disconnecting...

I keep on getting disconnected from xbox live.

After about half an hour on xbox live it sais disconnected from xbox live.

Have you tried to delete your profile and re download it ? ....that sometimes works , the next thing would be to see if that router is the problem , you would have to put it in "bridge mode " to test it , some people do not like getting in there to do
that....

 

No I haven't l, but I'll try it tonight. I'm OK with going into with my router. What will going into bridge mode do to test my router?

 

It will disable all the router functions and make it just a "modem" so you will have to use a cable and plug the xbox into the 1st port as all the others are disabled , if it works this way and no disconnections , you know your isp is good and you know
your xbox is good ... if you do that , do a network test while your at it and check the results...

 

Well my network test works fine right now so I'm not sure it will say anything different. Thanks for the explanation I'll update this thread tonight after trying your suggestions. Happy holidays.

 

Please, for the love of all that is holy. Did you ever find a solution to this? I have the same modem/router combo and am experiencing the same problems more and more frequently. It used to be I could not get into an xbox live party with certain people.
Now I can't connect with anyone.
