Disconnected from XBL when playing Halo Wars

Every time I play a game of Halo Wars online with my brother, it kicks me from the game saying I've been disconnected from XBL. It can take between 5-30 minutes to get kicked off, but it happens every time without fail. It's only started happening for the
past couple of weeks, because before then it was perfect. I've done everything Xbox Support have told me to; deleting and re-downloading my profile, reinstalling the game, deleting my wifi settings on the console and nothing worked. Anyone else having this
issue?

I have had X box live for a long time and had no problems but then I get it renewed and I see that I get disconnected from GTA V servers and them X box live. Then I tried playing halo wars and I randomly get disconnected from xbox live middle of the game.
I've had the same router and provider and house.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, is the issue only occurring with Halo Wars? If you haven't already, I suggested attempting to play a different game to see if you run into disconnects. If you are running into disconnects with multiple titles,

i been having a similar problem with black ops 1 mid game i will be logged out of the xbox360 xbl but will be signed in on the one

 

It only disconnects when I'm playing Wars. I don't know if it's just that game though, because it's the only back compat title I've played online. My connection is great when playing Halo 5 Warzone though, no problems whatsoever. I've already been told to
do them steps on the page you suggested, and all the results came back good. I've since done a reset on my console, getting rid of everything but my games and apps and the problem is still there.

 

Could you post up your router and modem information? Having the model and manufacturer information would help us a bunch!

 

this issue ruined the backwards compatiblety system for me. :/ downloaded halo wars and played it with a friend, 20 min or so into the first game it says i'm not connected to live anymore though abvioulsy i am. And after this happened i can't play any other
online 360 game on my xb one. It just tells me that I need to sign in even though I already are. Games such halo reach and gears of war will no longer rocognize my profile unless i get signed in .. But I am!!¿

Sorry to hear you're experiencing similar issues. I recommend posting up your own thread detailing the issue, along with your router and modem information. That way you can receive assistance tailored to you. Be sure to list the steps you have tried so far

I don't know my router information, all I know is that it's an EE brightbox. But I haven't had any changes to my internet, and it worked perfectly fine a month ago

 

I know that its not my internet... I find it hard to belive that something like that would cause it. Before i downloaded halo wars it was all fine! I could play halo reach and any other game without any issues! Nothing about my internet has ever changed,
its wired into my router- i never really have any online problems.

Just to take a peek, can you share what your detailed network statistics are showing up as under your your Network Settings on the Xbox One? Want to make sure the speeds are and wireless strength aren't affecting your connection.

36 download, 9 upload, 0% packet loss, 1480 MTU, 155ms latency, and 96% wireless strength. Like I've said, deffo not my internet. Connection is fine whilst playing XB1 games, but playing Wars and I get disconnected after about 10 mins.

Thanks for the information! If you haven't already, can you try wired connection directly to your modem? We'd like to see if there is similar behavior when directly wired in.

 

I can't do wired. My router is downstairs and my Xbox is upstairs
