    Disconnected from server; won't connect to internet


    When I try to play Alpha-Jax, I get a message saying that i'm disconnected from server and no internet connection; try again later. It's been 2 weeks and no change. Any help would be great!

    Mines been down since yesterday. I'm in London and I was playing BO yesterday and it kept kicking me from the servers and then disconnected me altogether. This happened several times. Tried to get back on it this morning and my internet won't connect to
    the xbox live server? people around my area are using there's fine.

    I've been having the same issue. My xbox is connected to the Internet, and it says I can play multiplayer, but won't connect to Xbox Live. Tried restarting multiple times, disconnected from Internet and reconnected, and still nothing

    Generally server connection trouble is due to your network. How is your connected to the internet, and when you're disconnected from Bingo are you disconnected from anything else?

    Same...it says that I have been disconnected from the Alphajax servers and that I need an active internet connection.

    Is the console always disconnecting on the (more or less) exact time at night?

    A lot of internet providers force a disconnection every 24 hours to prevent you from running a server on your internet connection, as the disconnect will give you a new external IP.

    Can you try to connect the console via an ethernet cable just for testing purposes to see if the disconnects still happen, so we can limit troubleshooting to the wireless connection (if the ethernet cable works the whole time), or if we need to troubleshoot
    "further up" if the ethernet cable also disconnects at night?
