    I have no idea why, but I'm getting disconnected from every party I join exactly 40 seconds after I join. I've timed it at least 4 times, and each time I get disconnected at the 40 second mark. My Xbox Live is functioning fine and I'm able to play all my
    games and everything (Call of Duty: IW and BO3 are lagging horrendously, but that's another post for another time), the only thing I'm having major issues with at the moment is the parties.

    I also get a different error code every time. This latest time was 0x80072EFD. Didn't record the others since they were all different. Is this just something wrong with my internet or what?

    It also appears to freeze every time i join a party or i get disconnected from it in around 30 seconds or less

    Disconnecting XBOX LIVE and PARTY

    After about 40 minutes of gaming my party disconnected and 5 seconds later xbox live. So no Disconnected From Party Every 40 Seconds (Literally, it was timed) :( it's not solved

    These parties you're being disconnected from, are they with the same people every time? If so, it's very possible that the host of your party (or someone else in it) has a strict or moderate NAT.

    for the first question its hard to answer as recently they have not been connecting at allbut when they do sometimes the will work for ten minutes then disconnect then work for around 5 minutes the disconnect before becoming regular then some times they
    will disconnect reguraly straight away and by reguraly i mean every 20-40 seconds. yes the problem is both on and offline. Even while connected via usb it disconnectes. i have horsy d controllers and the problem is still there

    Freaking same thing is happening to me, it happens on every controller I have. I have updated both controllers and I think the problem is with the adapter. I have astro a-40s with the stereo headset adapter and it never fails if I'm in a party my controller
    will shut off randomly shuts off, I get disconnected from the party. My friends use the headset that came with the xbox and haven't had a problem
