Disconnected From Party Chat Without Warning

Over the past couple of days, party chat on my Xbox One hasn't been working properly. I will join or start a party and within anywhere between 2-30 minutes I will hear no response when I am chatting with my friends and when I snap the party app,
it says "Start A Party." Sometimes my friends will be notified that I left the party and other times they will not. My NAT type is open and I have tried clearing and redoing my ports, putting my Xbox specific IP on DMZ, enabling/disabling UPnP, hard resetting
the console, and have even done a factory reset on the console as that is what Xbox Support suggested I do when I gave them a call. My modem and router are somewhat old, but I have never had any issue at all before now. I have Xfinity/Comcast internet and
there seems to be nothing they could tell me that would help. I am extremely frustrated with this because I consider myself kind of tech savvy and I have tried everything you could think of to fix it to no avail. My upload and download speeds are great, no
packet loss, and 99% signal strength over wifi. It gives me no warning whatsoever, and the only issue is party chat. Nothing is wrong with multiplayer gaming, nor is there anything wrong with streaming Netflix or Youtube. It is specifically party chat. Just
getting that out of the way since it seemed like Support wanted to make 110% sure that it was the only thing not working correctly. I would really like to know if anybody else has had this problem and/or if anybody knows what I could do to fix this, whether
it is a glitch with my console or my network is causing me problems. Official Microsoft support has lead me to a dead end and I cannot find other forum posts or internet sources that describe anything similar to the problem I am experiencing. I switched to
the Xbox One from a PS4 in February so I could game with my friends, so my whole gaming experience is predicated on party chat and multiplayer gaming. Thanks in advance. I look forward to seeing your ideas and solutions about how to help me in this issue with

Hi Ive been having issues with Xbox One Party Chat for the past few weeks where me and my friends will disconnect from party chat or cant even join each other without it saying disconnected could any one at Xbox Look into this or Help Thanks...

Sorry to hear it. This is a glitch and does happen to people. Can you try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that solves the issue?

 

I have already tried power cycling and even got a new modem/router today. The problem still exists. Microsoft told me that it had to be a network connection issue if restoring to factory default did not work. I had read other posts that said it was glitching
out parties on some consoles but it would pop up an error about network limitations. On mine it basically seems as if nothing has happened, as if I have left a party on my own accord. It makes no sense whatsoever.
