Disconnected from Live while watching TV

I'm not sure if this have a solution but i find quite annoying, especially because i like alternating between watching tv and playing games. So, i'm connected to Live and playing FIFA 14 online but everytime i switch to TV, when i come back to play some
more online matches, i receive a message telling me that i've been disconnected from Xbox Live and then from EA Servers. Does anyone have a solution for that? I'd like to keep connected to Live even when watching TV because it wont take me forever to start
playing again once i switch back to the game.

Xbox Live keeps disconnecting

For some reason when watching a tv show that I downloaded, I got disconnected from Xbox live twice.

Sorry to hear about the disconnection issues. Just to clarify, I would like to ask a few questions to help gain better understanding of the issue. Are you using OneGuide with your Xbox One console? How to you have your TV set up with your Xbox One console?
How long after you switch to TV is your console disconnecting from Xbox Live?

Let us know and we will try to help get this issue sorted. In the meantime, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps.

Please give the the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord and HDMI cable.
  
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console and HDMI cable.
• Power on your console and once you have connected to Xbox Live, try switching between your game and TV to see if the issue continues to occur.
