    Disconnected from internet and TV says it's not connected


    My xbox one randomly disconnects from the internet but will connect again once I test connection. Also, when I try to watch live TV, sometimes it says my cable is not connected when it is. I have to unplug the HDMI cable and replug it back in and then
    I can watch TV. The biggest issue is being randomly disconnected from the Internet while watching video or playing games. I have changed my NAT type to open and reset my modem several times but it does not to fix the problem.

    Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? That solves most minor issues.

    When you connect your controller it disconnect you from the internet?
    I tried 2 controllers. Both are disconnecting. And when they're both connected, I can see that they disconnect at the same time.

    Well, when I don't have any controller connected the Internet is disconnected too. When I stay on the Wi-Fi / Internet page, it says "No connection" with or without a controller connected. The controller is disconnected with the Internet, even when I don't
    have a Internet connection set up.

    I miss play GTA V... :(

    @Al I think I saw somewhere before that people say it's quicker to disconnect from the internet, install from the disc and then re-connect to the internet and the nit'll download the patch.
