Disconnected from Halo 5 multiplayer matches

all weekend i have been disconnecting from EVERY match played, only managed to stay in 2 games the whole weekend. Others games work ISP said internet is fine and i exhausted all Xbox Support troubleshooting techniques. game worked fine from Tuesday through
Friday but the weekend has had no luck. anyone else experiencing this issue?

Getting almost constantly disconneted from Halo 5 now

Ever since the last update in Halo 5 (Monitors Bounty) I have been getting disconnected almost constantly from matches. Here is a video of what keeps happening Click here to watch, tag friends, comment on, download, or share this video

This has been getting worst and worst since the monitors bounty update to the point where this is happening almost every match. Before that update, I never got disconnected and I've been playing halo 5 since day 1. Nothing has changed with my router or internet
either. This is becoming a joke 343I/Microsoft, please fix!

That would be very frustrating! This does tend to happen a lot when a game is released due to the large number of players jumping on and playing. Are you getting an error message when you are kicked?

Here are some troubleshooting tips... i know you said you've been through them, but thought I'd post them to make sure these are the ones you've checked

Have you tried hard resetting your console? I've actually had it fix a few of these kinds of issues for others, so there is a chance that it could work for you too. With the console on, hold down the power button on the front of the xbox for 10seconds until
the xbox switches off. Wait a minute or two then switch it back on. You should see the green xbox screen when it turns on, which shows its been hard reset correctly. Then try it again and let us know how you go

dude... i tried EVERYTHING its nothing my ISP or Xbox support can fix. its on 343s part to fix their servers which they arent doing. its been 4 days and i havent manage to get through a single match.

Sorry to hear about those frequent disconnects you`ve been having.

One thing worth looking into (again, if it hasn't already been done) is to change your DNS settings (Settings/System/Network/Advanced Settings/DNS Settings). Make the primary DNS 8.8.8.8 and the secondary one 8.8.4.4 After making the changes, apply them
and perform one hard reboot please.

Hopefully that will make a difference, again, if it wasn't been done.
