Disconnected from game session when friend joins session (and vice versa)

Hi there, when I am in a session (GTA Online for example) and a specific friend of mine connects, she instantly disconnects. The same when I try and connect to her session, I cannot connect. Xbox Live Parties sometimes glitch a bit, meaning that if we
are both in the same party, it will say that everyone else in the party is leaving (this comes up on everyone's screen. The 2 of us have tried changing our secondary DNS on the Xbox 360, but still no luck. It is very annoying as we both wish to be with our
friends as we frequently connect with the same people and they wish to talk to the both of us simultaneously rather than having to do half the time in my session without her, and vice versa.

o I have connecting to her session and vice versa on BOTH my college and home internet and both failed so I know it is NOT a NAT issue.

o Even though my college NAT is Moderate, I have no issues connecting to anyone else.

Just to clarfiy. If you are hosting a game, or chat, and your friend connect to this session, then he/she will be disconnected within a certain timeframe, but where your connection will stay solid, and vice versa? What about if you host a game, or chat,
without any involvement of your friend, and have a player join in, are you both then able to stay connected for the duration of this session, and vice versa for your friend?

I'm more interested in your friend, since this person, by default, is using IPv6 transition mechanisms and on top of that, the Teredo tunneling mechanism.

it feels like a profile isseu not sure though.

 

Sorry for very late reply, (thought I had fixed the problem). My profile is now open to Everyone (if that is what you meant, if not then tell me again ) I have a feeling it could be a problem at her end. I am now in a different location to the 2 stated
in my first post, (meaning different network again), so we'll see if this one works... EDIT: the NAT on this network is OPEN. Speed is 3.5mb Download, 0.5-1MB Upload. Ping 50-90.

 

Xbox are doing a update soon to the session on xbox 360 and one so this will help it all will be up to date before 15 of next month
