    Wait times have been appalling lately but now I can’t get any cloud gaming working at all.

    Rebooting has not fixed. Any cloud game get disconnected from cloud gaming session something went wrong try again later..

    Then a code cv: then a long hex string

    I have been on ultimate since launch. Always worked fine. Then since launch of gta hour queues at times.

    Unable to get through to Microsoft support

    Now nothing working as well as a 30 percent price rise.

    Any ideas before I cancel the service

    There is actually an issue with cloud gaming at this moment. Xbox are aware and are working on a fix.
