Disconnected every time I hit play game

Ok so I have never had this problem before. I woke up the other day and went to play gta5 like I did the day before with no problems. My xbox starts up, im signed in and at dashboard. I hit play game and immediatly get discconected from live. The screen
goes black for a second then it signs me back in and puts me at dashboard... Wtf! This doesn't only happen with gta5 it happens with all my games plz HELP

i have internet connection but twice x box live has singned me out while i was playing and ruined my gaming experience completly,i want to know why you would disconnect me for only a few seconds and then reconnect right away when ever i start a game there
is no point to having an x box if your going to disconnect me while im playing i just dont understand why i pay you so much for a service you wont provide then you tell me i wont get a refund.............THAT IS THEFT and i tired of paying for something you

Did you try unplugging and plugging back in? Try to clear your cache, To clear the system cache. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It
doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

Hey there Nelson! I've seen issues like this before that were solved by simply redownloading the profile. I'd give these steps a shot:

-Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items; here's a guide:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete).

-Clear your system cache 3 times in a row (really, 3 times, use this guide:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache).

-Restart your console.

-Download your profile (use the first guide again).

Let us know how that works for you and we'll go from there! ^_^

I am merely wanting to use live to get an update. Oblivion updated fine before this problem started so I know non gold live account works for updates. And that's what I'm trying to do now for a couple of games and I keep getting kicked off

I just mw2 a couple days ago cuz I miss it and I played it the next day later I played it I got nodded and hit level 70 and then it disconnected me off line and every time I click on my class in the menu it freezes and every time I chose a team my game feezes
