    Disconnect Issues/Lost Gold


    I've been playing the World of Tanks on my Xbox 360 and purchased $100 worth of gold coins. For the past week or so, almost every time I play, I get disconnected in the middle of a battle. Of course this causes me to be killed eventually and costs me gold
    coins. By the time I get connected again, my coins are down 150-300 at a time. And when it disconnects multiple times, I'm losing quite a bit. I'd like to be reimbursed as the issues are not related to my connection at all. I have never lost service to my
    laptop or any other device connected to my network. But it continually says lost server connection or you must be logged into Xbox Live. I feel a fair resolution is to reimburse me a bunch of coins. If you feel this isn't fair, then I will discontinue your
    service and sell the Xbox. This is getting old and I don't have time to deal with issues on your end.

    Madden 25 online game issue

    I'm having the exact same issue for about a week now. I've lost 4 games already due to disconnects. I even had Verizon FiOS replace my modem. Madden 25 is the ONLY game I'm having connection issues with.

    Obviously 360 support is non-existent here, your servers are terrible and you don't mind taking peoples money.

    Xbox live disconnects often / EA server connection lost often at FIFA 12, also often server connection lost at MW3

    I just lost connection of the servers on the 3 MW3 matches I played.

    So I just made a new account, gave it 2 days of XBOX live Gold, and tried playing with that account.

    Guess what, 2 XBOX live disconnects before I even could play a game, and the first MW3 match I played also a server disconnection..

    Unfortunately, when a ban is issued...ALL items (Gold, Currency and Marketplace purchases) are forfeit entirely. Your friend will not be reimbursed for the lost Gold time.

    Thanks for the advice! The issue was resolved in about 5 minutes, and they reimbursed me for my 5 days of lost gold.
