Disconnect from Wi-Fi randomly

Disconnect from Wi-Fi randomly will not let you connect back to Wi-Fi as it says it can't find it there is no issues with the WiFi with any other device. Then randomly it will let you reenter your password and play again then to cut off randomly again it
has been doing this for a week now.

Wi-fi and controller disconnecting constantly

Update: Same issue today, decided to stay offline today, disconnected from my wi-fi, turned off online mode, controller does not disconnect but 'freezes' every few minutes or so from 10-30 seconds with whatever the current button input was. Not sure if it's
related to the wi-fi/controller disconnect issue.

 

Please post up the make and model of your router, and for the modem as well (if this is not a single device).

Could you also detailing out any troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far, so we don't provide you with steps that may only echo back.

 

Could you also tell us if your console communicate directly with your wireless router over the air, or if you use an extender, to extend the coverage of your existing WLAN.
