    Disconect XBOX-Account from Microsoft-Account


    How can I disconect my XBOX-Account from the old Microsoft Account and conect it with a new Microsoft-Account ?

    Unable to add son to xbox one

    As above,

    Select child
    Sign in as parent
    get to the 50c card authorisation, add card details
    Then get card already exists on account - go through screens - again!!

    Then after about 10 minutes updating account it fails with code 45468.7036976521340.5055251569016685

    Go to xbox errorhelp - can't find it Disconect XBOX-Account from Microsoft-Account :(

    Can anybody help please we are pulling our hair out on this

    Just to say the card is on account from xbox and also Microsoft accounts linked to the parents account!

    1,is your account an child or Adult? and if it is an adult just disconect and reconnect from the wirless network and unplug the router for 1minute and then plug back in the router it should work.

    2,if its a child account you must get the gamertag associated with an adult account tied to it to acept the terms and condtions and if that fails you must check out microsoft support forums and post there on how to get it changed to an adult account.
