disciplinary measure

hi all,

two days ago i'v received a disciplinary measure on my account xbox one, for a message not too much nice to another player (nothing really offensive )

now i have all comunication locked.

do you know if there's a method to ask to microsoft to modify that measure?

i accept the disciplinary measure, but i'll ask to modify that one to be able to use only the party xbox, beacuse is a thing that i pay to have, and is a party where i have to invite someone and i have to accept other invites.

do you know if there's a method?

Hello Dragon,

Sorry for the issue with case review. You will have to continue to try as that is the only way to get a case review. There is not anyone on forums that can assist with a suspension.

thanks man, but i don't know why whe i try to push to the button "apply" under case review, nothing happends

You may be eligible for a case review by signing onto the
Xbox Enforcement site with your Microsoft account. Only suspensions longer than 24 hours and issued within the past 12 months are eligible.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
