    Disc wont read Xbox One


    I have an Xbox one that I just replaced the disc drive in due to the previous one not taking the whole disc, but after I try to inster a game the xbox comes up with a message that says I can still use my xbox but I will not be able to play discs. Error code
    is (0x14)

    How do I fix this?

    Physical vs. digital copies. Does it make a difference?

    I perfer digital copies, mostly because my xbox one wont read discs right now.

    by what mean did you replace the drive?

    if i'm not mistaken the xbox is hard coded to only accept the drive it was build with and will not work even if you take a drive from a similar xbox

    besides, now you wont have problems with a disc being scratch by your console ;)

    and the disc will play smoother cause it wont read a disc, it will read your HDD
